A win but Gray not satisfied

The boss was not happy though to see Chesterfield with the bulk of the chances only to see Town keeper Mark Bunn in fine form. Simon Cox scored the only goal of the game.

"It was pretty disappointing and the only highlights for us were the goal and the performance of Mark Bunn in making all those saves."

He added: "Simon never gave their defenders any time and got his rewards with his goal.

"We knew Chesterfield were never going to lay down and die and I am sure their manager must think it's a pity they haven't shown the same sort of commitment all season."
