Supporters have been asked to stay off the pitch at the end of the Luton Town clash in order that the presentation can be made to Chris Wilder and his squad.
A victory parade will then be held in Northampton town centre on Sunday 8th May.
On the pitch, although a century of points is now just out of reach, Town will be desperate to preserve their long unbeaten run and notch up a 15th home league victory of the campaign against a Luton side with a surprisingly good away record given their position in the table.
