"The ball is in the players court and its up to them to show me a response," said Gray

"It was a disappointing performance on Tuesday night and it's nice to have a game quickly to try and put that right. I've watched the Bristol Rovers game again on DVD and we were just second best all round."

Saturday's game thouh is the FA Cup. Sometimes a distraction from the league but never worthless. It's the great cup competition in the worls (in my opinion).

"The F.A. Cup is a great competition and I think you always get a lift when you are involved in it," said Gray,

"It is going to be a difficult game up at Darlington but we need to go there and get a bit of pride back. Tuesday's game was maybe a little bit of a wake up call for us and hopefully we'll bounce back from that up at Darlington on Saturday."
