New boy sets sights on play-offs

Harrad - who missed a debut against Oxford at the weekend after undergoing a scheduled operation on his mouth - joined from Burton last week and is confident of firing Ian Sampson's men up the table.

He said: "I had the operation on Friday to have two implants in my front two teeth, it all went well and I've started training now with the lads.

"I got married in the summer and two days into my honeymoon I slipped on some rocks and lost my two teeth. It was an unlucky accident but it's all behind me now.

"This club has been in League One before, they know how to get there and they match my ambitions. Who's to say that I'm guaranteed a start? The lads did well on Saturday and I will have to work really hard to get into the team but I have come here to make a late charge for the play-offs.

"I don't want to sit in midtable. I'm more than confident I'll get goals at this level and shoot us up the table."
