'No Appetite' for Premier League Plans

Football League clubs have been discussing the measures unveiled by Greg Dyke and the FA Commission at their annual conference in Portugal.

Chief executive Shaun Harvey said: "It's fair to say there is no appetite among clubs for the use of B teams or Strategic Loan Partnerships in the football pyramid."

Northampton chairman David Cardoza had made clear his opposition to the plans which could dramatically change the lower divisions of the Football League.
