Table-toppers Northampton have John-Joe O'Toole available for Tuesday's Sky Bet League Two home clash with AFC Wimbledon.

Midfielder O'Toole missed the goalless draw at Hartlepool on Saturday due to illness but is now well enough to be considered.

A late check will be made on defender Rod McDonald, who left the field feeling unwell in the first half at the weekend, as Luke Prosser stands by to replace him.

Forward Marc Richards remains sidelined by an Achilles injury.

Eighth-placed Wimbledon look set to have the same squad as they did for their last outing, Saturday's 2-1 home loss to Oxford.

That would mean defenders Karleigh Osborne and Will Nightingale being the only players unavailable to manager Neal Ardley.

Osborne sustained a knee injury in training recently and is set to be absent for the rest of the campaign.

Meanwhile, Nightingale has been stepping up his rehabilitation from a knee problem of his own that has kept him out since September
