Northampton v Burton Albion

Midfielder Ryan Gilligan is set to make his 200th appearance for the club.

Burton manager Paul Peschisolido is set to name the same side that beat Southend 3-1 in the Brewers last game. New signing Bryan Hughes is likely to be in the squad for the first time while Tony James (hamstring) is set to miss out.

Northampton Town manager Ian Sampson told BBC Look East: "I would think the game is 50/50. The pitch is covered in snow but we'll give it every chance.

"There's been a cash bid for a striker this week. We've been trying to get a forward in for quite some time so it's welcome news for everyone. Burton are a good, workmanlike team with two good strikers and a solid back four. When they're on form, they can beat anyone."

Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby: "They've [University of Derby] been superb - they spent days shovelling the snow.

"The new 3G pitch they have there, we managed to use that the other day, and it's as good as you can get. My dad is over from Canada, but every time he comes here we seem to have bad weather."
