The 22-year-old right-back was set to be a free agent after the expiry of his Coventry City contract with the Sky Blues deciding against offering him a new deal.
Robert Page told the official NTFC website:
"He is a young player with potential, but he also has a fair amount of experience in League 1 and that is important.
"He is a mobile full back with power and pace and plays with his heart on his sleeve. He will be here to battle with Brendan Moloney and the two of them should be able to drive each other on and that can only benefit the team."
