Despite seeing his side denied by a late Cobblers leveller, Brewers manager Paul Peschisolido was not too downhearted.
He told BBC Radio Derby: "I think it's a point gained. Coming away from home, you would've taken a point before the game. Having said that, the lads are really disappointed.
"I thought the performance was good, we worked extremely hard and we've been resilient.
"They had some chances, but the home side is always going to have chances, but all in all, I was delighted with the way we approached the game and I'm delighted with a point."
