Last updated : 08 March 2013 By County Ground

Struggling Stanley face a Northampton side that have won 13 of their 18 home games in League Two, a record that has seen them mount a challenge not just for a play-off place but also automatic promotion as well.

The Cobblers are also unbeaten in their four home meetings with Saturday's opponents, fixtures which resumed after Accrington's return to the Football League in 2009.

***Update*** Ahead of the game Accrington have agreed a deal to sign former £8m man Francis Jeffers on a deal until the end of the season. He will link up with another ex-England international in James Beattie.

"We're delighted to have a player of Franny's quality on board," said Stanley manager Leam Richardson. "We've been looking to add experience to the squad and we feel he brings lots of that."
