The Cobblers squad leave Sixfields at 14:30 on Friday afternoon to head for their London base. Supporters are being encouraged to come along to the ground to cheer them off.
Supporters coaches are scheduled to leave at 09:15 and 10:00 on Saturday with thousands more Town fans making the journey by car and train.
Tickets will be available from Wembley Stadium directly from 09:30 on Saturday for those who have yet to purchase them while for those not travelling, coverage begins on Sky Sports 1 at 13:00 on Saturday afternoon.
Then, of course, at 13:30 it is the big kick-off and an end to two weeks of build-up.
