Town sign Crystal Palace defender on loan.

Togwell is a 6ft central defender who has been a regular in the Palace reserves this season. He made his debut for Palace at the end of the 2002/2003 season but an injury restricted his progress in their first team. This season saw him have a loan spell early on at Oxford where he made 5 appearances.
