Northampton Town and Aldershot Town face charges from the Football Association of failing to control their players in their match at Sixfields.Five players were booked for their part in a 15-man brawl which was sparked by an off-the-ball incident, during the Shots' 3-0 win.
The hosts also had midfielder Kevin Thornton sent off for a tackle on Barbados international Anthony Straker.
Both clubs have been given until 3 March to respond to the charges.
