Grimsby look for home comforts

Currently four points adrift of safety at the foot of League Two, Grimsby have seen their survival prospects marred by some bad results on the road, the most recent being a 4-1 defeat at the hands of leaders Rochdale.

"We had a good result against Shrewsbury but then went to Crewe and lost," defender Rob Atkinson told the Grimsby Telegraph.

"We bounced back again against Bournemouth. We know we can do it.

"So we can do it on Friday against Northampton."

The two teams fought out a goalless draw at Sixfields in mid-November.
