Hinton becomes second summer signing

The 31 year old has signed an initial one year deal after passing a medical and will officially be a Cobbler on July 1st.

He joins Steve Guinan in the Northampton squad as the new signings so far this summer.

Over the last 5 seasons he was with Rovers he made 187 appearances.
