New signings Alfie Potter, Nicky Adams, David Buchanan and Josh Lelan will meet up with their new colleagues as Chris Wilder begins the task of buildong on last season's encouraging second-half.
Speaking to the official club website, Wilder said: "We are starting back earlier than the majority of clubs and it's important that we don't over train but we certainly won't be under training.
"We need to give the players a really good base to tackle a 50 plus game season, we are going to run with a tight group but a durable group and we need to keep injuries down to an absolute minimum."
