Sammo Returns For Cardiff Trip

Sammo has missed the first two games of the season through suspension, but will be available to Kevan Broadhurst for the trip to title favourites Cardiff City.

Broadhurst will now have to decide who could make way for the Cobblers club captain or whether to give Sampson a place on the bench.

A large crowd is expected at Ninian Park for the Cobblers visit. Town look for revenge against the division's big spenders after two defeats last season. The Bluebirds won 2-0 in Cardiff and 2-1 at Sixfields.
