Midfielder Kevin Thornton and striker Stephen O'Flynn signed last week, while defender Luke Wilkinson is in on loan.
Sampson told BBC Radio Northampton: "That'll be it until we get players out. We're carrying a large squad.
"We've had one enquiry [about a player]. It wasn't acceptable at the time but with the signings, we're looking at it."
